Neymar’s father receives arrest rumor during villa inspection

The businessman Neymar da Silva Santosthe footballer’s father Neymar Jr., received an arrest entry this Thursday, 22/06, from the secretary of the Environment of Mangaratiba, Shayenne Barreto. The situation allegedly occurred during the inspection of a job at the star’s home in the Aero Rural condominium, in Mangaratiba, according to information on the website G1.

After being informed that he would be fined administratively and that work would be halted until he presented all the necessary licenses for the surgery, Neymar Santos changed clothes and asked if he could not use the house.

The inspectors explained yes, except for the part where work is being done on the artificial lake, which was banned after complaints about logging, breaking of boulders and diversion of a river. But, the striker’s father Paris Saint-Germain he rebelled against the inspection team’s questions and ended up receiving a voice of arrest from the secretary.

According to the Mangaratiba municipality, the measure was adopted on the basis of article no. 331 of the penal code, which considers the offense against public officials in the exercise of their profession. However, taking into account the principle of reasonableness and at the request of the councilor, he was released to fulfill a commitment in São Paulo.

In a statement, the Mangaratiba City Hall informed that the inspection was carried out by the Mangaratiba Municipal Secretary of the Environment, together with the Military Environmental Police, the Civilian Police and agents of the municipality’s Environmental Protection Group.

The action was triggered after complaints based on social media posts, which showed heavy work being done, without environmental clearance, on the player’s property.

Several environmental infractions have been detected by the Town Hall team, including: diversion of watercourse, unauthorized river water withdrawal, artificial lake water withdrawal, earthworks, excavation, movement of stones and rocks without authorization, and applying sand from the beach without environmental clearance.
