Work on one of his houses had been banned the day before after an environmental crime complaint
Neymar dived this Friday the 23rd, in an artificial lake that was made at his home in Mangaratiba, in Rio de Janeiro, even if the place is closed after reporting an environmental crime.
According to the city’s Department of the Environment, the artificial lake of a thousand square metersa garden and beach tennis court that was under construction resulted in logging, a river being diverted and boulders breaking, all without a permit.
This Friday the player ignored the interdiction order issued by the Mangaratiba Department of the Environment and the Civil Police and was in the lake together with some participants in the reality show Genesis experience.

On the afternoon of Thursday 22, the Civil Police and the Municipality of Mangaratiba carried out an operation at the home of Neymar Jr.
A job that was being carried out on the construction site was banned during the action after a complaint for environmental crimes.
Neymar’s father, Neymar da Silva Santos, was on the scene during the action and received a rumor of arrest after exchanging with Mangaratiba’s Environment Secretary, Shayenne Barreto.

In a statement, the Mangaratiba town hall clarified that during the operation, the secretary Shayenne Barreto disrespected Neymar’s father and gave him a voice in prison.
The provision was adopted on the basis of article 331 of the penal code, which considers the insulting of a public official in the exercise of the profession a crime. After a request from the council of Neymar’s father, he was released.
