It’s a fail ! The worst roles of Tom Cruise, Keanu Reeves, Elijah Wood and other stars

Actually, Cruz is good as Jack Reacher. But there is an inconsistency. In Lee Child’s novel, on which the film is based, Reacher is 195 centimeters tall and weighs about 100 kilograms. Cruise’s character is a hulking giant. Reacher kills in one shot. It’s like the Mountain from Game of Thrones! But they decided to invite Tom Cruise for the role, the size of which is only 170 years old. And the actor clearly doesn’t look menacing.

In the movie Little Fingers, Oldman played… a dwarf! The actor had to walk on his knees during filming! Interestingly, Peter Dinklage, whose height is 135 centimeters, also starred in the same film. Do you also wonder why he didn’t get the lead role?

No, we don’t think Denise Richards is stupid or that nuclear physicists can’t be sex bombs. It’s 2017 and anyone can be a nuclear physicist. However, one thing is certain: physicists do not usually go to work in tank tops and ultra-short shorts.

Are you serious? Elijah is one of the nicest and friendliest guys in Hollywood. Yes, he’s a talented actor, but in “Hooligans” Wood didn’t play his character perfectly. Watching this drama, it’s impossible not to think that someone “more mischievous” would be more suitable for the role.

Without a doubt, Keanu is an impeccable actor. But there are unfortunate examples where Reeves clearly didn’t fit the given frame. An example of this is the role of vampire hunter Jonathan Harker. For a while, the character had to have a British accent – Francis Ford Coppola demanded it. But Reeves clearly couldn’t cope with this task. Gary Oldman, who played Dracula, must have been crazy choosing a partner.

Robin Hood is an iconic British character of all time. And who was chosen for this role in the film? Mr. California by Kevin Costner! Costner did not portray a brilliant folklore hero, but an unflappable trickster. Why the hell didn’t they cast a Brit in the lead role? Sean Bean, for example…

Wait, did you seriously cast Irishman Colin Farrell for the role of Alexander of Macedon? Farrell is a brilliant actor, but the character was clearly not for him. Everything was bad from start to finish. And the dodgy wig certainly didn’t help.

The remake of Hitchcock’s thriller is done rather oddly. For the main role, the creators could have invited someone like Andrew Garfield, but the choice fell on comedian Vince. Granted, he wasn’t a famous prankster back then, but unfortunately he couldn’t play that role convincingly and make his character look as scary as he was in the original version.

Poor Hayden was a really decent actor. But one day… he took on a role that changed his life – for the worse. For his work in the saga, Christensen was recognized as the worst young actor in Hollywood in 10 years! On screen, he looked clumsy. It was all so bad that the galaxy’s main villain, Darth Vader, who Anakin transforms into, became a joke opportunity, as the audience knew the clumsy Hayden Christensen was hiding under the armor.
