“I’ve been paid all this time, but I’m not doing anything. I need money, but what I really like is work,’ he told the broadcaster upon his departure.

Fernando Gentile spoke again about his departure from Globe after 15 years of working at home. The presenter explained that she was not happy with the job because she had no projects in progress at the station.

In an interview with the podcast PodPah, the journalist reported having had a meeting with Globo’s management because she didn’t have a job even though she received a salary. Fernanda had a one-and-a-half year contract with the company, but she announced her departure in March.

“I wasn’t satisfied, I wasn’t happy, I no longer had those butterflies in my stomach and that bothered me. [na reunião] and said, ‘Guys, I’ve been paid all this time, but I’m not doing anything. I need money, but what I really like is work. So it makes no sense for me to stay here,'” she said.

“How could I stay there until my contract expires without being on the air, without doing what I like and in the meantime, out here, pumping, boiling,” he explained. After exiting, the communicator will present the Women’s Soccer World Cup.

Fernanda was hired by Caze TVstreamer channel Casimir Miguel. The competition takes place between 20 July and 20 August based in Australia and New Zealand and will have one match per day broadcast for free on the channel.

About this new experience, she celebrated: “I feel very free. I have a creative restlessness! I like writing and inventing fashion (laughs). This was the difference that the Internet showed me and I put together a team like never before”.
