The role in the erotic film “50 Shades of Gray” certainly contributed to the popularity of actress Dakota Johnson. But, on the other hand, it also became a test – the film was not well received by everyone. And, what is there to hide, they treated the actors with irony.

But all this could fall on the fate of a completely different actress. It turns out that even before Dakota, Lucy Hale auditioned for the role of Anastasia Still. Already in the casting, she encountered certain difficulties.

“They weren’t real scenes from the movie, but we did a very sexy monologue. And I didn’t even understand what I was saying,” she admitted.

As a result, Hale did not convince the director and producer of her performance, however, it cannot be said that she herself was very upset about it.

“Obviously, I didn’t get the part. But that was even good, because such an audition scared me to death,” the actress said.
