After showing off the new look and receiving dozens of comments, Gretchen posted a statement about a picture carousel with her husband, Esdras de Souza. In the comments the couple has been compared to Barbie and Ken, played by Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling in the movies.

In the images, Gretchen and Esdras are graced with sunlight. “Because we love life. We love the sun. The blue sky. The sea. And we love each other very much. Live life with joy then. Even better,” the singer said in the caption of the image.
