Curiously, Princess of Wales Catherine did not take first place in a sociological survey of residents of the United Kingdom (her results were summarized the day before by the British agency YouGov). The most popular member of the BCS over the past year was her husband, Prince of Wales William, the King’s eldest son. 74% of the subjects voted for him.

His aunt, Princess Anna, is also very popular. The 73-year-old sister of Charles III is recognized as the hardest-working member of the royal family. But in third place, we still find our favorite Kate Middleton.

Britain’s new king, formerly known as Prince Charles, is only in fourth place. And his wife, Queen Camilla, is only liked by 47% of Britons.

Prince Harry breathes behind Camille’s head – he has not been removed from the rankings, despite the official renunciation of all royal duties and powers. Today, only 31% of people in foggy Albion treat him sympathetically, even though a few years ago William and Harry had the same ratings.

The list is completed by Harry’s wife, Meghan Markle, and the disgraced Prince Andrew. Only 6% of respondents have warm feelings towards them.

In addition, the study reveals that 62% of Britons support their monarchy and believe there is no reason to abandon it. Admittedly, if you look at this data by age, it turns out that only 37% of young people (aged 18-34) in the UK want to have a king or queen.
