Tiago Toguro updated his followers in the early hours of this Friday (8/9) on the state of health of Nara Paraguaia. The influencer said her girlfriend was extubated after having complications during her son’s induced cesarean section, but she will remain in intensive care.
On Instagram the influencer considered the situation a “miracle” and explained that Nara suffers from anxiety because she has not yet seen her son. “She slept with the portrait of her son in her hand,” she showed in the Stories.
“The only problem is the anxiety he has to see his son. He can’t sleep. He needs sleep to rest,” Toguro stressed. “She lost a lot of blood, in total, it was three liters. Let’s do a test to see if she needs more blood. We are in this fight, we have to get out of the intensive care unit. And she is desperate to see her son, because she dreamed this son so much. The first victory is intubation and, now, the second victory is leaving the intensive care unit to be able to see his son.”
In another video, Toguro said that little Gael is “supplementing” due to a lack of breast milk, but that he “is flushed and has had his vaccines.” The influencer also underlined that he does not intend to fully reveal the child’s face “until Nara comes out of this situation”.
Toguro also took advantage of the reports to encourage weight training, which he said would help Nara Paraguaia’s short recovery.

On Wednesday evening (9/6), Tiago Toguro revealed that his girlfriend was hospitalized after giving birth to his son Gael. “It was supposed to be the happiest day of our lives, Nara [Paraguaia] She went into labor at midnight, she prepared the whole pregnancy to have a natural birth,” she lamented.
The influencer also revealed more details about the health of his son and his partner: “Gael was born beautiful, strong and well nourished. Nara had complications, he had a hemorrhage and […] She has lost her uterus, she will no longer be able to have children,” she said before asking for prayers.
