Singer Treycewho went viral with the song Lovezinho – which uses the melody of Say it wellhit by Nelly Furtado – acquired a car of R$400,000 and a penthouse near Recreio beach, in the west of Rio de Janeiro.

The young woman, who turned 18 a few months ago, left the Bangu region, where she grew up, for a luxury apartment in the city’s exclusive neighbourhood. She revealed that her life completely changed after the song “exploded”.

In a newspaper interview Extrathe singer said that, with the sum received for the song, she was able to “purchase some assets that guarantee a safe future and comfort for the people” she loves.

“People have no idea how a hit song can transform our careers and, more importantly, our lives. I am very grateful to everything that Lovezinho he gave it to me,” he said.
