Gabbi Tuftformer WWE wrestler, revealed in an interview with Internal the challenges and victories of her gender transition journey, a journey she describes as “an evolution of strength, inside and out.” Beginning her transition in her 40s, Gabbi faced the challenge of transforming a body that, at the time, weighed approximately 127 pounds and had a body fat rate of between 6% and 8%.
“I lost 86kg of weight and muscle mass, but the transition didn’t happen overnight. When I started, I was determined to get the body I’ve always wanted,” says Gabbi, who already had an established career as a professional fighter and fitness influencer. For years he has cultivated an active, fitness-focused lifestyle, building a large amount of muscle mass.
To get the female body she wanted, Gabbi had to become “a guinea pig,” experimenting with different nutritional styles and sustainable approaches to fitness training. “My journey has been a study in evolutionary strength, inside and out,” she says, noting that each transition journey is unique and personal.
After two years of research and experimentation, she found the right combination of fitness and nutrition that worked for her.
“It’s an evolutionary process, involving not only the physical and nutritional aspects, but also the mental and emotional ones,” shares Gabbi, who is now dedicated to helping other women break cyclical behavioral patterns to achieve sustainable weight loss and lasting change in their physique. through her work as an online personal fitness and nutrition trainer.
Gabbi, who has helped more than 1,500 clients over her 13-year career, hopes her journey serves as an inspiration and help to others in the trans community. “What kept me going during these in-between stages was the idea of being a beacon on the path for other transgender people,” she says.
