HBO Max has begun production on a documentary series about Iran’s Ferreira, better known as Luva de Pedreiro, an influencer who gained fame with soccer videos on the Internet. The series, which will be recorded in several cities, including Bahia, Recife, Sao Paulo and Paris, promises to offer an in-depth look at the digital influencer industry.

The documentary will not only cover the life journey of Iran Ferreira, but will also explore why large global companies choose to invest in a young man from the interior of Bahia. The series will consist of three episodes and will include interviews, archive footage and exclusive materials.
