Cezar Limma spoke about the difficult phase
He has gained more than 40 kilos and is undergoing a nutritional re-education process. In conversation with the gshow, Cezar revealed what happened. In recent years the lawyer has developed an eating disorder and being overweight has led to complications in his health.
“I had an apnea, a lipoma (a type of benign tumor) on the back of my neck. But the real trigger was when I had a big reflux crisis. I ate so much I had to sleep sitting in the chair” , explains.
Cezar weighed himself this week and weighs 115 pounds. His goal is to reach 80 years of age, regaining the weight that was limited in reality. In four days he has already lost three kilos with diet and physical activity.
