Taylor Swift’s cat is the third most valuable pet in the world, with an estimated income of R$470 million

The singer’s cat Taylor SwiftOlivia Benson, is the third “richest” pet in the world, according to the site All About Cats, which published in early 2023 the classification The definitive list of rich pets. Olivia has already earned $97 million in assets, the equivalent of R$470 million.

The amount is only less than that accumulated by Gunther VI, a dog of the Gunther Corporation, and the feline Nala Cat, the highest earning pet influencer in the world.

According to the site, the fortune accumulated by the cat (basically by her owner) comes from the line of cat products that bears her name, as well as from her participation in clips with Taylor and in high-budget advertisements such as Coca-Diet Cola and a sneaker brand.

The investigation, as reported by All About Cats, was carried out based on the analysis of participation in advertising and licensing campaigns, as well as on pets’ Instagram profiles.

The number of followers, likes and engagement rates were taken into consideration. This data was used to measure how much the animals convert into revenue.
