After the death of former volleyball player Walewska Oliveira, her parents began a legal battle with her widower, Ricardo Alexandre Mendes. The family accuses Mendes, appointed executor of Walewska’s estate, of having contributed to her death, and claims that he is “unworthy” of the legacy left by the former athlete.
