Alexandre Pires cancels cruise show after person falls overboard; understand

Alexandre Pires’ show on the ‘MSC Preziosa’ cruise, which would have taken place in the early hours of Saturday 30th, was canceled after a person fell overboard. The information was released in a note from the singer’s team and published on his Instagram. “We had not yet gone on stage when this tragic event occurred,” the statement read.

There is no official information on the victim yet.

According to the note, the accident occurred around 00:30, on the balcony of the cabin where the person was located. Alexandre Pires’ show will take place at 1am.

“Our mission is to bring joy and promote culture through music, which would not have been possible due to what happened. I apologize to the fans for the cancellation and everyone’s understanding of the decision we made,” yes reads in the text.
