Singer Simony shared the moment on social media
“Today I was reflecting. You have no idea how important it is to be able to sunbathe, go to the pool, enjoy my children. I thought I would never do all this. God is always good. I’m just grateful”the 47-year-old singer captioned the post.
In December 2023, Simony resumed treatment for bowel cancer. The artist has started a new phase with immunotherapy.
“Today I resume the treatment. As you know, I had kidney poisoning and therefore I was forced to stop taking the immuno. Today is the day to thank God once again for allowing me to be here and continue the treatment, that there are still two years to go”, Simony, who discovered bowel cancer in the first half of 2022, said at the time.
