Millionaire debt: Ana Hickmann and her ex-husband’s assets may be seized


In the midst of the divorce dispute, Ana Hickmann and her ex-husband must pay off a debt of R$800,000 in 48 hours, otherwise their assets will be seized

Ana Hickmann and her ex-husband, Alessandro Correa, are at high risk of having their assets seized by the courts. According to Leo Dias portalthis Wednesday, 02/07, the 16th Civil Court of the Court of Justice of São Paulo issued an execution order demanding payment of the debt of over R$800 thousand.




Judge Paulo Bernardi Baccarat ordered the settlement with the Daycoval bank and, if the payment is not made within three days, the former couple’s assets will be seized. The value of the debt is currently R$735,069.85, plus legal fees.

It is worth underlining that, despite the determination, Ana Hickmann AND Alessandro CorreThey can still propose an embargo on enforcement, but will have to demonstrate that they do not have the means to pay the debt.

More debt?

Among other things, a few weeks ago other debts of the former couple came to light. For Bradesco bank the debt amounted to R$1.68 million. It doesn’t stop here! Leo Dias further revealed that companies in his name also had other invoices to pay: R$19,214,533.22 from Hickmann Serviços Ltda.; R$ 4,251,640.55 from Hickmann Comércio e Confecções Ltda.; R$237,792.35 from CH Fashion; R$44,832.36 from Hickmann Franchising; and R$ 2,306,333.62 in the name of Hickmann Moda Fashion.
