In recent years, several actors have terminated their permanent contracts with TV Globo and have said goodbye to the carioca station.

The channel decided to invest in a new hiring model, with this, several artists were able to work on other productions, for example on streaming platforms.

Bruna Marchezine

Actress Bruna Marquezine had a permanent contract with Globo since 2003, when she played Salete in the soap opera “Mulheres Apaixonadas”. At the beginning of 2020 the broadcaster confirmed the termination of the contract with the artist. She currently she is her on the new Netflix series “Maldives” which premiered on June 15th.

Lazaro Ramos

Actor Lázaro Ramos left Globo in September 2021.
