Snoop Dogg surprised social media followers by sharing a video of the work of Ademar de Barros Moreira, the owner of the Marechal potato.
The rapper was impressed by the amount of potatoes served by the professional and called the merchant the “king of chips in Rio de Janeiro”.
“The next time the restaurant is cheap with the chip portion, show them this,” Snoop wrote, showing pictures of his Ademar filling a hot tub (and the bag that wraps it) with potatoes.
The rapper also called Ademar a “legend” and said the potato comes with pieces of chicken and peppers. The options range from R $ 15 to R $ 45. The publication had 1.5 million likes and several comments.
It is worth mentioning that the Marechal potato became a Cultural Heritage of the State of Rio de Janeiro in May. The snack has been sold by the merchant for 33 years and has become a tradition. According to the G1 portal, nearly a ton of potato is consumed every day from the stall, which is located near the Marechal Hermes train station, in the North Zone of Rio.
