Beyond the pitch, footballer Neymar Jr. does not hide the fact that he is a fan of casinos and luxury items. The Al-Hilal star decided to combine his two passions and showed off a Casino Tourbillon, a limited edition watch from the North American brand Jacob & Co, sold starting from 280 thousand dollars (1.3 million R$, at prices current).

The luxury accessory was produced in just 101 units and is practically sold out, explained Jacob Arobo, founder of the brand. The 18k rose gold watch, onyx body and anti-reflective sapphire glass display. The strap that finishes the accessory is made of alligator leather.

Another interesting feature of the watch is that it has a fully functional 20-second casino roulette wheel built into it, using the brand’s signature technology. Neymar Jr showed off the piece during a poker event last Wednesday the 6th.

The accessory, according to the brand’s website, refers to the gamblers and socialites who flocked to the casinos of Monte Carlo, Macau and Las Vegas in the 1960s.

Since the beginning of his football career, Neymar Jr has been known to sport luxury accessories. When he signed with Saudi Arabia’s Al-Hilal, the Brazilian star was presented with a Rolex Daytona ‘Eye of the Tiger’, which at the current price can cost up to R$1.6 million.
