The actress reveals what changed her opinion about managing her wealth

Luana Piovani has put her apartment in Jardins, an exclusive neighborhood in Sao Paulo, and her duplex in New York up for sale. Years ago she negotiated her property in Leblon, one of the most expensive areas of Rio de Janeiro.

The actress lives with her three children in a rented house in Cascais, a city near Lisbon, Portugal. The announcements made on social media have aroused curiosity and doubts in the public.

Why did you decide to sell your properties? Are you short on money? Do you need to pay off debts? Piovani herself explained the reason for putting the apartments on the real estate market.

“I want the money in the account to multiply. I want to get busy spending it,” she said in an interview with ‘Pod Delas’. “I think money in real estate is stupid.”

The actress said she has 70% of her assets in real estate. “Then, I hired a financial management company to ease the burden on my mother (Dona Francis Afonso), who always took care of my money.”

“At the first meeting, she (the financial advisor) said ‘I don’t know how you survive with 70% of your money frozen in real estate and 30% liquid.’ You have to do the opposite’.”

Now 47 years old, Luana Piovani started working as a model at 16. She has modeled and taken photographs in several countries, such as Switzerland and Japan, and has done a lot of publicity. His first work on TV was the miniseries ‘Sex Appeal’, on Globo, in 1993.

He has always valued professional independence. As a producer, you have produced successful stage shows, such as “The Little Prince”. Her money comes from her multiple roles in the arts, including hosting programs and film roles. The artist is a partner of the ‘Cansei Vendi’ shop and marketplace.
