Last Thursday, the 21st, the funk singer from Sao Paulo celebrated the purchase of his fifth property, this time in a luxury condominium in Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro. The residence cost R$8.5 million and once belonged to a member of the city’s militia.

The singer shared the result with fans on social media. Directly from his home pool, he presented the new “Fafaland”, named in reference to his nickname, Falcão. According to the brokerage site, the space has 800 square meters, 6 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.

The residence is located in the luxury condominium Jardim de Marapendi. Before Daniel purchased the villa, which is located opposite Gabigol’s, the Flamengo player was interested in renting the space. The property, which ended up in the hands of the MC, belonged to the militiaman Marquinho Catiri, murdered in 2022.

If the artist simply wanted to rent the space, he would have to pay R$40,000 per month, in addition to R$2,000 in condominium fees and R$2,800 in IPTU. For the sale, the amount invested by the singer was R$8.5 million.
