Gusttavo Lima decides to sell a luxury apartment in Miami for R$150 million

The country singer Gusttavo Lima put the apartment up for sale in Miami, United States. According to the newspaper O Globo, the luxury property located in Château Beach Residences, a luxury condominium in Sunny Isles, Florida, is being offered for R$150 million.

In total the apartment has 1,300 square meters, divided into a dining and television room, kitchen with cellar, designer furniture, bedrooms, service quarters, private glass swimming pool, private elevator and barbecue area.

In addition to guest rooms, the property also features a master suite with panoramic sea views. Also on the second floor we find a double closet, massage room, gym and bathroom with tub.

It is worth noting that Gusttavo is not the only singer who has decided to put a property up for sale in recent days. Luciano Camargo is also offering a luxurious villa for sale at a very high price.
