While many fans eagerly await the Free Madonna show on Copacabana beachon Saturday, May 4, some netizens are not so enthusiastic.

At Conexão GloboNews this Monday 29th, journalist Daniela Lima ‘celebrated’ Madonna’s arrival in Rio de Janeiro with a preview of the song Rowing, one of the singer’s most iconic hits, accompanied by a little dance. Valdo Cruz also joined the wave and sang part of his favorite song, Like a prayer.

The relaxed and cheerful interaction between journalists, including presenter Bárbara Carvalho, ended up on social media and not everyone was “approved”. “Professional shame”, “decadence”, wrote some internet users who were not enthusiastic about the trio’s animation.

However, not all reactions have been negative. “I didn’t see anything bad. The right loses because it has no joy”, “I liked everything… journalism like this is much more fun because Brazil is already full of tragedies”, claimed other internet users.
