Singer Bruno Mars spoke this Sunday, 5th, about his love for Brazil and his returns to the country in October. According to the artist, the idea is to celebrate his 39th birthday on October 8th in a show that will take place in St. Paul. “The shows in Brazil are always different, because the energy of the people is different. The singer said that in his first visit, marked by the surprise of the fans with the interpretation of the song Evidências by the duo Chitãozinho and Xororó during the show at The Town Festival, there had been a search by his keyboard player for a song that moved the audience. public, the intention now is to repeat the feat with a new surprise.

“Who knows, maybe we’ll have a contest, what song do you want John (the keyboard player) to play, so everyone can sing along? A karaoke moment with the audience,” he said.

The artist also spoke about how his relationship with Brazil began, saying it began with a film about capoeira he watched as a child with his father. “My father took me to the cinema to see a film about capoeira. And from that moment on I started dreaming of one day going to Brazil,” she said.

Bruno also talked about the nickname “Bruninho” that he earned when he first arrived in Brazil in 2023. According to the artist, fans shouted the nickname at the hotel door and the name stuck “I love it, I feel like a different artist when I go to Brazil.”
