Monique Evans reveals she lost 10 pounds for her wedding; see before and after!

The presenter Monica Evans revealed that she lost weight for her wedding to the DJ Caca Werneck. The ceremony took place last Tuesday, 16/05, in Guaratiba, Rio de Janeiro.

The celebrity spoke out about the game on social media and said he lost 10 pounds. “Hi guys, you have been asking me so many questions about how I lost weight for my wedding with Cacá and of course I will tell you why I am so happy with the result.“, he began.

Monique revealed that she received a recommendation from her daughter, Barbara Evans, who has already lost 17kg after the birth of her twins last year. “I saw Bárbara looking beautiful at her wedding and also after the pregnancy of my grandchildren and I went to find out about it, then he recommended it to me… Wonderful! I got in touch with Van, who explained everything to me and I started the project Detox Turbo program. And I did this cleanse to my body, so in the first 15 days I have already achieved an amazing result!”She said.

It is completed: “Then I continued with the Phase 2 Challenge. And look, I had Easter and the baptism of the twins and even so I continued tenacious! Very concentrated! Every effort has its reward!”, said the presenter. She revealed how many pounds she lost during the process. “I arrived at the wedding weighing 10 kg less! Just like I wanted.
