The musician stated that he had “only one martini” after being arrested, however, the arresting officer stated that the artist’s eyes were “red and bulging” and that his breath smelled strongly of alcohol. He was also described as “disoriented, having difficulty paying attention, slow speech, unsteady gait, and performing poorly on all field sobriety tests administered.”
Justin will return to court on the 26th to answer the charges.
