Second Daily Mailthe Metropolitan Police began investigating the case last Friday, 28, when images of the officer in a lewd act appeared online. All the actions recorded took place inside the center where she worked, HMP Wandsworth. She was arrested on Saturday 29 at London’s Heathrow Airport, while trying to travel to Spain. She has paid bail and is free to answer the case.

Also according to the site, Linda and Nathan starred in the Channel 4 reality show, in which couples “explore non-monogamy” while confined to a luxury home for a few days. The production is a social experiment on the subject. In each episode, the couples put their relationship to the test by engaging in intimate relationships with other people.

“Open House” launched in 2022 and has two seasons. The episode featuring the former corrections officer aired in 2023. She and her husband introduce themselves as a personal trainer and MMA instructor, respectively.

“Monogamy is a social construct that I think needs to be dismantled. The openness of our relationship has allowed us to form a deeper connection with each other,” Linda said on the show.

She and Nathan were reportedly invited by another couple, Chanice and Richardo, to attend a swing. Linda and her husband, however, extended the invitation to more people. Afterwards, 15 participants went up to a room in the house where the intimate party took place.

On Monday 1, Linda appeared at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court in West London to answer to the charge of misconduct in public office. The lawyer for the Brazilian woman – who is a Portuguese citizen – Gayathri Yogarajah, said that despite the allegations against her, she had duly informed HMP Wandsworth management of her travel plans. She said that the notification had also been passed to Scotland Yard.

The next hearing in the case is scheduled for July 29, 2024. Free on bail, the Brazilian woman will continue to be monitored by the court from 9am to 7pm. She is currently banned from leaving London.
