Monica Iozzi reveals childhood drama: ‘I was kidnapped when I was little’

During your participation in the program Portugal Show this Monday (15), the actress Monica Iozzi shared a traumatic episode from his childhood.

In 1982, during a family trip to Foz do Iguaçu, Paraná, Monica, then a seven-month-old baby, was kidnapped while in her grandmother’s arms.

“A lady saw me and said, ‘That’s cute, can I have that?’ It was a matter of seconds and the woman disappeared with me, she disappeared.”Monica said, recalling the accident.

Monica emphasized the heroic role of her father, who decided to start the research on his own. “He saw that there was only one way out of the place and, while calling the police, he started jumping on the counters of every warehouse and looking. He found me and I was already asleep, with another blanket”he revealed.
