Ludmilla’s mother reveals her daughter developed depression after racist attacks: ‘Dark’

Silvana Oliveiramother of LudmilaHe talked about the time he faced his daughter depressioncaused by numerous racist attacks, on social media and in places he frequented. He reported that the singer was isolated in her room.

He explained that to help his daughter, he had to put aside his own sadness and enter the room, forcing the singer to change her routine. “I wanted to look at her. She was crying so much, I hugged her and said, ‘I’m here with you, we’re together, we came here together and we’re together.'”

However, Silvana said the singer initially refused to get help. Ludmilla said depression was “his time.”

“I gathered my strength, wiped away my tears and said, ‘I’m not going to lose my daughter to this damn disease. I’m going to go into this room,'” she decided.
