The dishes are sophisticated and there is something for everyone. Starters include filet mignon carpaccio with capers, mustard sauce, parmesan and arugula, tuna cubes, olives, arugula and pistachios, palm heart salad with olive oil and lemon, caprese salad with buffalo mozzarella and pesto sauce and organic and Brazilian vegetable cubes in walnut vinaigrette.
The main courses are: grilled filet mignon with black truffle sauce, grilled fiancé with shrimp and caper sauce, buffalo mozzarella ravioli with tomato and basil sauce, Milanese risotto with asparagus and Grana Padano and roasted heart of palm with aromatic herbs.
The menu has got everyone talking on the web and has generated many comments: “Of course I should eat the 5 main courses,” said one netizen. “It’s too much rich man’s food for my poor man’s palate.”said another person. “Don’t you have any chicken legs?”the third one joked.
