The digital influencer Deolane Bezerra was arrested last Wednesday, 4, while she was in a hotel in Recife (PE), along with her mother, Solange Bezerra. She is charged with money laundering and gambling.

After the custody hearing on Thursday 5th, the Justice of Pernambuco has decided that she and her mother will remain in pretrial detention at the women’s penal colony in Recife, also known as Bom Pastor.

THE Operational integrationwho arrested Deolane and Solange, is investigating the practice of money laundering and involvement in gambling. In total, 19 arrest warrants have been executed against people allegedly involved in the alleged scheme.

In a press conference, investigators stressed that the group had earned approximately R$ 3 billion from illegal gambling.
