Lawyer and digital influencer Deolane Bezerra was subjected to a custody hearing this Wednesday 11 and her preventive detention was maintained by the Court of Justice of Pernambuco. Deolane returned this Tuesday to the women’s penal colony of Buíque, in Agreste Pernambucano, after her house arrest was revoked because she had violated the precautionary measures imposed as a condition of her freedom.

According to the press office of TJPE, the hearing was held virtually. At the moment, according to a note released by the Court, his preventive arrest warrant is being analyzed by the custody court, where only the formal aspects of the arrest, such as the legality of the execution of the warrant, have been verified.

House arrest revoked

The lifting of house arrest was announced early in the afternoon of Tuesday 11, at the 12th Criminal Court. Deolane had benefited from a habeas corpus granted by the Supreme Federal Court (STF), in 2018, which replaces preventive detention with house arrest for pregnant women, women who are breastfeeding and mothers of children up to 12 years old or people with disabilities. The entrepreneur is the mother of an 8-year-old girl.

In addition to her, Maria Eduarda Filizola, wife of Darwin Henrique da Silva Filho, owner of Esportes da Sorte, and Marcela Tavares Henrique da Silva Campos, Darwin’s sister and partner, also benefited from the right.

But, according to TV Globo, Deolane has not complied with the two precautionary measures imposed by the Judiciary. She has not been able to speak publicly through social networks, the press and other media, which was done as soon as she was released from prison on Monday 9, when she was granted habeas corpus.

The influencer was also banned from having contact with the other suspects in Operation Integration and had to stay at home every day of the week, including weekends, according to the measures imposed by the Court.

Deolane’s mother, Solange Bezerra, remains detained in the unit after her habeas corpus petition was denied.
