Sthefany Brito explained why his son went to hospital
Sthefany said the boy was taken to the hospital and diagnosed with scarlet fever, an infection that causes a rash, high fever and sore throat.
“He wasn’t getting better, he started having a high fever, which was unusual for him. In addition, red plaques appeared on his body, which were getting bigger and itchy. That’s when we decided to take him to the emergency room. room”he explained.
At the hospital, the boy was initially treated as if he had a virus, but doctors soon identified scarlet fever and began treatment with antibiotics. “Now it’s time to follow the treatments. He’s very tired and smart, but we’re taking care of him”concluded Sthefany.
