The doctors concluded that the corticosteroids had no effect on me. Although they stabilized my Crohn’s, they swelled me too much and did not achieve the result. Then they stopped my medicines. Three weeks I lost more or less 22 kilos”, recalled the journalist.

Evaristo Costa, describing the symptoms of the disease, said he feels “wasting away”. “I’m wasting away. That’s what I tell the doctor. Every day I feel like I’m wasting away. I lose a pound a day. I can eat anything, but it doesn’t fit inside me, it doesn’t give me the nutrients I need.” , he revealed.
