Singer Tania Mara, 41, and director Jayme Monjardim, 68, met this weekend to celebrate daughter Maysa’s 14th birthday at a lavish party held on a farm in the town of Indaiatuba, inland from San Paul. The event brought together around 200 guests, including family and close friends of the former couple, who separated in 2019 after 15 years of relationship but maintain a friendly relationship.

The party, produced by Leonardo Fae, followed a tropical theme chosen by the birthday girl herself. The decoration was created by designer Camilla Abduch, while the personalized balloons were created by Jessica Souza. Maysa, excited about the celebration, revealed that she is already counting the days until her 15th birthday party.

The young woman, who has shown great interest in the artistic world, has already started to follow the path of music. According to Tania Mara, Maysa has taken singing lessons since she was a child, under the guidance, from the age of seven, of the musical director Thiago Gimenes, her mother’s professional partner. Maysa currently takes weekly singing lessons with Lucas Zucarelli.

The teenager’s talent has already been shown in public, as earlier this year, during the party for the 45th anniversary of Jayme Monjardim’s career, when Maysa sang live for the guests.

Tania, who celebrates 25 years of her career as a singer and is preparing a new tour for October, does not hide her pride in her daughter’s talent. “I will encourage the path she chooses, she is talented. Mom here drools and I always cry listening to her sing,” the artist told Quem magazine. For Tania there are no family barriers for her daughter to pursue an artistic career.
