Twelve years after the death of the television queen, confusion persists over a luxury property in Sao Paulo
The property of almost 1,000 m2 never belonged to the late presenter, who suffered from cancer at the age of 83 in September 2012. She lived in the villa with modernist features for 11 years, but the property always belonged to her second husband, Lélio Ravagnani, to whom he was married for 27 years.
Shortly after his death in July 2000, the TV star passed away. The house was included in the businessman’s estate. The owners are Lélio’s children from a previous marriage.
Hebe’s only son, the presenter Marcello Camargo, born from the union with her first husband, Décio Capuano, has stated several times that he has no relationship with the ruined property, shown by YouTubers specialized in ‘invading’ the abandoned homes of celebrities. (Watch the video below.)
Hebe’s only villa, where he lived in the last years of his life, was always in excellent condition. Marcello decided to share the property with his cousin Claudio Pessutti, the artist’s right-hand man.
The businessman and his wife Helena began living on the property. Pessutti died of Covid-19 in January 2021. His share of the property went to his widow. The cinema hall on a plot of 7 thousand m2 was put up for sale and today has a new owner.

@drone.leo Ruined house where the greatest Brazilian presenter lived Hebe moved into this house when she joined the entrepreneur Lélio Ravagnani, in the 1970s, and stayed there for 35 years. Hebe said the biggest and best parties he has thrown have been at this residence, wonderful memories of dinners with thousands of performers and lots of fun. Marcelo, Hebe’s son, also grew up in the residence. After a serious robbery in which all her jewels and money were taken, Hebe moved to another nearby villa where she lived until the end of her life. Today the house is linked to a debt lawsuit. If it were in good condition, it would be worth around R$10 million. Destroyed, it was put up for sale for R$2 million. #hebecamargo#abandoned ♬ Summertime Sadness (Wren Remix) – Wren
