The author of Gianecchini’s intimate video is accused; find out how many years he can be imprisoned

Julius Caesar de Oliveiraa man accused of spreading an intimate video of actor Reynaldo Gianecchini, 51, has been indicted by the Sao Paulo Public Prosecutor’s Office.

The suspect denies the charges

According to the journalist’s information Monica Bergamoof the newspaper Folha de São Paulo, Júlio denied the accusations. He also said he had no idea how the video ended up on social media.

Julio even claimed that his cell phone had been hacked. However, as Demadis pointed out, the evidence in the case file contradicts his version. Everything indicates that the suspect may have acted deliberately in sharing the video in question.

The Public Prosecutor decided not to offer Júlio a non-criminal agreement. The justification is that he did not formally confess to the crime and that the seriousness of the crime does not allow such a concession. “The harmful nature and extent of his conduct weighed on the decision”the prosecutor said.

Furthermore, there is evidence that the defendants had already committed similar acts in 2016, which, according to Ana Maria, demonstrates a recurring practice.
