The inheritance dispute continues

Five years after the death of Gugu Liberato, the legal dispute over the presenter’s inheritance continues to have new chapters. There are still three processes that involve the sharing of assets, a billion-dollar inheritance.

These are the family inventory, the request for recognition of a stable union made by Thiago Salvático, 36 years old, and the recognition of paternity by Ricardo Rocha, 49 years old. Rose Miriam, 61, mother of Gugu’s children, gave up the legal battle in August this year. The presenter did not include it in her will.

Rose opposed her eldest son, João, as he tried to ask the courts to recognize his stable union with Gugu. The son defended that his father’s will will be followed to the letter. João’s sisters, twins Marina and Sofia, 19, supported their mother, causing a split in the family.

Thiago Salvático also asked for recognition of a stable union with Gugu, specifying that the two had been in a relationship for eight years. He gathered evidence in the trial, which was quashed. His defense attempts to overturn the decision. If you are recognized as a partner you will be entitled to inheritance.

The third case involves Ricardo Rocha, who claims to be Gugu’s son. He says that his mother would have met the host in 1973, and asks for a DNA test to prove his paternity.
