Regarding the actress’s weight loss, the nutritionist evaluates: “As long as it is done with care and professional guidance, intermittent fasting can be a healthy way to lose weight. Studies show it can be just as effective as a continuous low-calorie diet.”

“However, weight loss will only be healthy if the person ensures a balanced diet during meal windows, with a good intake of nutrients such as fiber and protein. Otherwise, you run the risk of loss of muscle mass, lack of energy and nutritional imbalances”, declare.
