Combs awaits trial in the New York City Detention Center
Sean “Diddy” Combs will spend his first Christmas in prison awaiting trial for crimes including sex trafficking.
This was revealed by federal government sources TMZ what a holiday should be like Combs at the pre-trial detention center in New York: inmates will be able to participate in sports competitions, card games and even dominoes. There will also be basketball and football tournaments.

Request for bail
Combs his third bail request was rejected in late November, during a hearing in New York. The judge Arun Subramanian justified the decision by noting evidence of tampering with witnesses and violations of the provisions of the art Bureau of Prisons (BOP) while the musician is in precautionary custody.
The lawyer for Combs offered bail worth $50 million, secured by the artist’s assets, security monitoring and a pledge not to interfere in the investigation.

The most recent accusation
In the latest accusation against Combsstylist Bryana “Bana” Bongolan filed a 17-page lawsuit against the musician in the last week of November in Los Angeles.
In the document you accuse Combs of sexual assault, infliction of emotional distress, false imprisonment, among other charges. That’s why, Bongolano is seeking compensation of $10 million, as reported by Rolling Stone USA.
The designer also stated that she had witnessed abusive situations Combs against his ex-girlfriend Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura. The case came to a head in September 2016, when Diddy would be hung Bongolano on the balcony Ventura on the 17th floor.
