TV Globo broadcasts the first call from BBB 25; the former brothers complain that they were not invited

On the night of Thursday 26th, Globo broadcast the first official call of the Big Brother Brazil 25which will begin on January 13th. The video brings together historical participants and celebrates the 25 editions of the reality show.

With the theme “silver wedding” and Tadeu Schmidt as the celebrant, the production references some important moments from the programme. The union of Kleber Bambam with the doll Maria Eugênia, Caio Afiune’s viral conversation with Rodolfo, the catchphrases of Gil do Vigor and Beatriz Reis and Ivy Moraes’ votes for Babu are some of the episodes remembered in the teaser.

After the vow renewal ceremony, Juliette appears as the driver of a car with the license plate BBB 25, which also has Maria Eugênia among the cans of the vehicle’s wedding decoration.

The ex-brother complains about the lack of invitation

While some iconic BBB names seemed to have fun on the call, others missed TV Globo’s invitation to the production. Ana Carolina Madeira, from BBB 9, was one of those who revealed that she was shocked: “Being the record holder for walls for so long is not important.”

BBB 19’s Hariany Almeida showed her disappointment at not being invited with a sad face emoji in a post about the former participants meeting.

Lucas Buda, however, in issue 24, published that the invitation was reserved only for the most important characters of the program.

“As for the BBB silver anniversary video for those who weren’t invited, it’s just mother glô attesting that those who weren’t invited weren’t noteworthy enough characters and that’s okay folks. Move on with your life and stop begging for Globo’s attention, if he wanted, he would have called.
