In the clip posted on YouTube, the singer surprises by dressing like a phoenix
This Friday, 15th, Gretchen released her latest song, Phoenix of Love. With encouraging texts, it shows that freedom of life and expression is the same for all individuals. Along with the song, there is also the clip that was recorded in Belém, Pará.
Phoenix of Love has the musical arrangements of Esdras de Souza, Gretchen’s husband and saxophonist. The song brings the blend of current electronic music with violin, keyboard, guitar, percussion, backing vocals and saxophone instruments, recorded live as they did in the 1980s.
In the costume, Gretchen surprises by dressing up as a phoenix with a costume made of feathers. The text was composed by Gabriel Miranda, the singer’s son, and conveys the important message of freedom of expression and life for all, regardless of social class, gender or ethnicity.
“I say in the song that the important thing is that you love yourself and feel perfect and complete the way you always wanted to be. No racial, homophobic or social class prejudice can erase your splendor if you don’t want to. ‘ from any comments about your life or about you, that’s why the name Phoenix of Love.
