Pedro Novaes reveals comparisons to his father Marcello

Pedro Novaes, son of Marcello Novaes AND Letizia Spillerhe opened his heart and refuted the resemblance and comparisons to his father. The actor, protagonist of The girl of the momenta 6pm soap opera broadcast on TV Globo, revealed that he doesn’t mind the comments he usually receives.

“Let’s learn from each other”he said in an interview with the newspaper Extra.

“I think I’m similar to my father, yes. Today even more so. For me it’s not a problem. I’m still myself and I’m different from him in many ways”, pointed.

“I come from a different generation, right? My father is more concrete and methodical. I am more free and let life take me. But we learn from each other.”

Father’s advice

The heartthrob also provided details about his relationship with Marcello. He stressed that he was not influenced to pursue the performing arts. “He taught me a lot about character, humility, respect and mental toughness. And he left me very free to choose what profession to pursue, he just wanted me to dedicate myself to whatever I was going to do”Pedro pointed out.

Pedro Novaes also spoke about the advice his father gave him when he started acting. The boy made his debut Platinum Venus in 2019, in the cast of Malhação: Every way of loving.

“Him [Marcelo Novaes] he said, ‘Memorize the text and arrive on time. Respect and humility. You will learn the rest.”he concluded.
