Actor Joseph Quinn, Eddie of Stranger things, had an unusual meeting at Lollapalooza 2022 in Chicago, United States. The star of the Netflix series met with members of Metallica and played Puppet Master with the band. Joseph also won an autographed guitar.

The actor’s character was successful Stranger things in the performance of the song in the fourth season. The iconic scene of Eddie playing Metallica’s success pre-dates one of the highlights of the series and was not in the original script. Eddie’s musical performance preceded the death of Joseph Quinn’s character, one of the saddest events of last season. The actor recently commented on a possible return of his character to the series.

“It looks to me like he’s gone already … It’s kind of hard to bring him back, I’d say, but I don’t know for sure,” he said.

The four seasons of Stranger things are available on Netflix. The next and final year of the series doesn’t have a premiere date yet.
