After almost two months from television and social networks, Leonardo Bertozzi announced his return to the activities to Epn. The commentator was voluntarily far from May, with the aim of taking care of mental health. During this period, he also remained far from his public profiles and the podcast “Football in the World”, one of his main performances at the station.
The journalist used social networks on Thursday (10 July) to comment on the period of absence and clarify the voices that circulated in this interval. Without detailing the nature of the treatment, Bertozzi declared that his family was harassed and that false information was dispersed on him.
“In May I decided to get away from work and social networks for treatment. During this period a lot of false information was released, my family was harassed. At the right time, explanations will be accused in the appropriate headquarters.”

According to his report, the removal decision was made consciously and with the support of the Disney group, Espn Controller, which provided welcome throughout the process. Although he preferred to keep the details in the reserve, the commentator took into consideration the gratitude for the support demonstrations he received.
“On the other hand, I received a huge wave of support and affection from people who really matter, and are the ones that make me stronger and healthier every day.”
The journalist also took advantage of the space to strengthen the importance of looking for professional help in the face of emotional difficulties. According to him, adequate support is essential to preserve mental health.
