Rachel Sheherazade is sincere on the financial crisis

The journalist Rachel Sheherazade recently appealed to the court to request the benefit of the procedural tip, claiming to face a delicate phase of his personal and professional life. As reported by Sheherazade, the financial problem comes from an investment made in an educational institution. He claims to have injected $ 1 million as an investor, but was surprised to be improperly recorded as a college partner, a fact that generated judicial liabilities and debts in his name. The episode, according to her, caused legal actions of the work in which she responds as a defendant.

The process it is connected concerns an action presented on Facebook, after your social network account has been blocked. Although the Court determined the reactivation of the profile, Sheherazade requested compensation for moral damages for an amount of $ 20,000, keeping the case in progress.

However, when analyzing the request for exemption, the judiciary has conditioned the concession of the benefit to the presentation of documents such as budgets, credit card invoices and last tax return. Given the requirements, the journalist chose to give up the request and paid the judicial expenses in full.

In a recent public hearing, Sheherazade commented on his current conditions, indicating that the crisis was aggravated by the lack of continuous professional contracts from his departure from open television. “I was without a fixed income for over two years, trying to reorganize my life and honor my commitments,” he said by justifying the court request.

The journalist was also involved in an uncomfortable situation by participating in the “Wonder program” on the Gospel network. When asked about the trial that moves against the SBT and the presenter Silvio Santos, she replied objectively: “I don’t talk about these problems related to the previous company because everyone knows it, there is a public action in progress and those who speak are lawyers, the judges”.
