At 48, the former Soap Opera Theo Becker shared his fitness process on social networks to join bodybuilding. In a video published on Instagram, the actor said he had a special diet to become a “monster”, a nickname given to the people who enjoy a more “marompiro” lifestyle.

“There is no longer a banana, there are three bananas. There is no egg to eat, I need to eat seven eggs,” he said. Theo diet also includes pasta, oats, wholemeal bread and Muesli.
