The founder, Rose Lourenço, has left a corporate career in the banking sector to bet on a company in the field of beauty. The idea came when he operated as responsible for Avon sales, where he approached the female universe and made the potential of the market.

In 2014, with the termination of work in hand, he opened the first unit beyond his gaze, creating a welcoming space that escaped from the traditional salt model.

At that time, the entrepreneur was born with the dream of offering a close, human and stimulating beauty experience.

The project gained even more breath when the presenter and entrepreneur Ana Hickmann joined the company in 2019. More than adding with her image, Ana took the experience as a business woman. The presenter’s strategies contributed to opening paths and connecting the network to an even wider audience.

The third partner, Sabrina Theil, contributes with a vision of the health and well -being of the lifestyle, strengthening the proposal that beauty also comes from within. Sabrina adds her health, weight loss and balanced habits to the business. This approach has expanded the performance of the network and followed a global trend of integration of aesthetic care and well -being.

This combination of profiles partly explains the growth of beyond the gaze. But there is also a favorable scenario: Brazil is today the fourth largest market of beauty and personal care in the world, behind only the United States, China and Japan, according to Euromonitor International.

The forecast is that the personal care sector in the country reaches $ 41.6 billion by 2028, according to a report by Morgra Intelligence.

With a mainly feminine management, the network strengthens an increasingly appreciated business model. Studies like McKinsey & Company show that companies with gender diversity are more profitable and, in addition to looking for this statistics in practice: partners have transformed a personal idea into a solid enterprise that offers franchise opportunities and offers other women the possibility of gaining financial independence.
