BM&C News had access to photos of technical reports showing what the villa where singer Belo and his wife Gracyanne Barbosa lived in Moema, in the South Zone of São Paulo, looked like.
This week, the São Paulo judge ordered the singer to pay R $ 483,000, equivalent to rents, IPTU, invoices, contractual fine and moral damages, within 15 days to the owner of the property.
Belo’s wife, Gracyanne Barbosa, and the company Central de Shows Eventos, which belongs to Nelson de Ataíde, the singer’s former manager, were also cited in the lawsuit.
The couple signed the lease for the property in September 2017, but did not make payments in December of the following year.
In 2019 the court ordered the eviction, then Belo and his wife abandoned the villa, but, according to the owner’s trial, the couple damaged several furniture and utensils.
